You’ll work closely withclients, contractors, and internal teamsto deliversafe, efficient, and high-quality electrical solutionsfor commercial and domestic projects. As anElectrical Supervisor, you’ll: Manage multiple job sites and oversee a team of electricians, providing guidance, motivation, and leadership Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to keep everything running smoothly Ensure compliancewith industry regulations, including theConstruction Contracts Act 2002and electrical safety standards Train and develop apprentices and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Prepare reports, process variations, and manage documentationto keep projects on track This team boats a diverse workforce and epic company culture, management are down-to-earth and always happy to share their wealth of knowledge, gained over years not only in the industry, but within the company. We are looking for someone who: Has minimum 5 years’ experience as a fully registered electrician Holds a valid practicing license, registered with EWRB Has their full driver's license Is proactive and organized with a keen eye for detail, and who has excellent communication skills Has strong leadership skills, able to motivate and manage a team effectively Demonstrates commitment to health & safety Applicants may be required to undertake pre-employment Alcohol and drug testing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
