Insulator New Zealand Limited – Lower Hutt, North Island This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can lead a crew while also getting stuck into the installation work. You'll be responsible for helping jobs run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard from start to finish. Key responsibilities Leading and supervising insulation installers on site Installing insulation in residential and/or commercial properties Organising daily workloads and keeping jobs on schedule Ensuring installation work meets company quality standards and job specifications Carrying out site checks and identifying any issues before or during installation Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are followed at all times Communicating with builders, clients, contractors, and management Looking after tools, equipment, and materials Completing basic job documentation and reporting Training and supporting other installers where required About you Previous insulation installation, construction, or building industry experience Experience supervising or leading a small team Good practical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship A good understanding of site Health & Safety The ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Good communication and time-management skills A full New Zealand driver licence The ability to work across the Wellington Region A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
