Job Description As a Labourer, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations and general maintenance of our site. You’ll work alongside the wider team to help keep the site running safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while meeting daily and contractual requirements. Undertake a range of labouring duties, including loading, unloading, collecting and sorting waste. Maintain a high standard of general housekeeping across the site, as directed and required. Complete all records, reporting and paperwork accurately and on time. Prepare and operate plant and equipment in accordance with company procedures, while providing assistance and support to other team members as required. Carry out daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment, including assisting with cleaning and general upkeep. Maintain a professional image of the company and consistently deliver a high standard of service. Qualifications Experience in the waste industry is desirable. A full Class 1 driver's licence with Wheels, Tracks and Rollers (WTR) endorsement is desirable. Ability to work independently while also being a supportive and reliable team member. Ability to multitask and work across a variety of areas as required. Physically fit and able to undertake a range of labouring duties. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
