About the Role We are looking for a Guest Experience Attendant to join our team and help deliver the exceptional experience Onsen is known for. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines luxury guest service, facility presentation and operational support. You will play an important part in ensuring our pool rooms, changing areas and guest facilities are beautifully presented, while providing warm, professional and personalised service throughout every stage of the guest journey. From welcoming guests and escorting them to their private pool room, to restoring rooms between bookings, managing laundry, replenishing amenities and supporting our front desk team, no two moments are quite the same. The role offers the opportunity to develop across different areas of the operation, including our Runner/Runner Coordinator and Front Desk/Timers & Communication functions. What You'll Be Doing Welcome and assist guests throughout their Onsen experience, providing warm, attentive and professional service. Escort guests to their pool room and provide clear information about their reservation, facilities and pool operations. Restore and clean pool rooms and changing areas to our high standards following each use. Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of all guest-accessible areas, including change rooms, bathrooms, corridors, waiting areas, reception and outdoor spaces. Confidently and professionally communicate company policies and address inappropriate guest behaviour when required. Assist with the full laundry cycle, including collection, washing, drying, folding and redistribution of robes, slippers and towels. Replenish guest amenities and ensure supplies are readily available throughout the day. Prepare and deliver guest snack and beverage packages accurately and to a high standard. Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility is safe, secure, clean and ready for guests. Welcome and check in guests, assist with enquiries, booking amendments and payments when working on Front Desk. Maintain a welcoming and well-presented reception, waiting and spa environment. Handle lost property in accordance with Onsen procedures. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. What we are looking for You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences. You will bring: Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role. Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards. A positive, team-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Initiative, reliability and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and remain calm and professional when things get busy. Confidence working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
