Argyle Welsh Finnigan – Ashburton, South Island You will manage a range of residential property transactions, develop strong client relationships, and play an important role in delivering practical legal solutions to our clients. Key responsibilities Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement. Advise clients on property sales, purchases, refinancing, subdivisions and related transactions. Draft and review a variety of property and finance documents. Work directly with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other professionals. Maintain high standards of client service and file management. Assist with a broad range of property-related matters as required. About you 1-3 years' PQE in a New Zealand legal practice. Experience or a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and property law. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. A practical, solutions-focused approach. A current New Zealand practising certificate or eligibility to hold one.
