About the role NZTA processing. Profiling franchise rebates. Vehicle invoicing. Management of toll account. Other administrative duties as required. Monday to Friday - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm. Skills and experience Previous experience in a motor vehicle dealership , or with NZTA processes would be ideal, but not critical. Experience working in an office environment is ideal. Experienced with MS Office and other systems. The ability to think outside the box. A clear criminal convictions check is required. Full or Restricted Clean New Zealand Driver's Licence. What you will bring to the role A high level of administrative experience over a number of disciplines in desirable, but not critical. The ability to respond quickly to the demands of a fast-moving business that has a number of time-critical requirements. You’ll be able to work well both independently and within a small team, in an efficient manner. You’ll have a great attitude, as well as being punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, with lots of energy and be a great team player.
