We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketer who loves strategy, thrives on results and enjoys building strong client relationships. This isn't just another campaign management role. You'll take ownership of digital strategy for a portfolio of clients, work alongside our creative, content and ads teams, and play a key role in growing our digital offering. Lead strategy. Drive results. We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketer who loves strategy, thrives on results and enjoys building strong client relationships. This isn't just another campaign management role. You'll take ownership of digital strategy for a portfolio of clients, work alongside our creative, content and ads teams, and play a key role in growing our digital offering. What You'll Do Develop and lead digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta and other paid campaigns. Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. Meet with clients to review results, discuss strategy and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with our content, design and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Explore new platforms, tools and technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve. Build meaningful reporting dashboards and present campaign insights in a way clients understand. About You 5+ years' experience in digital marketing. Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Confidence using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting platforms. Experience using AI tools and systems to improve efficiency, decision-making and marketing performance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple client accounts. Strong communication and presentation skills. A commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Bonus Points Experience with: SEO strategy and implementation. Marketing automation. CRM integrations. Looker Studio reporting.
