Graduate/intermediate Structural Draft Person We are seeking a motivated Graduate/intermediate Structural Draft Person to join our busy private engineering team in Auckland. You will work closely with senior engineers to produce accurate documentation, framing plans, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. Key responsibilities Produce Drawings: Create clear structural plans, sections, and details using Revit and AutoCAD under direct supervision. Design Revisions: Update existing drawings to reflect changes from senior engineers or on-site redlines. Ensure Compliance: Follow local building codes and standards. Manage Models: Maintain digital files and CAD standards. About you Education: A certificate or diploma from Unitec, or degree in drafting, civil/structural engineering technology, or a related field Software Skills: Basic proficiency in computer-aided design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or specialized structural packages. Experience: experience is preferable, but not essential. Attention to Detail: Ability to read architectural plans and spot design clashes, a willingness to learn Competitive Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
