This role acts as a key link between customers and the Sales team, Territory Managers, and internal teams to ensure sales processes run smoothly, customer requirements are met, and commercial plans are effectively delivered. About the Role Poulter Family Wines is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our sales operations and customer relationships across New Zealand and export markets. This is a critical role in supporting the Poulter Family Wines sales function. You'll be managing day-to-day customer account administration, sales processes, reporting, pricing, promotions, and order management. As the primary point of contact for customer account enquiries, you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales team and Territory Managers, ensuring they have the information and administration they need to effectively manage customer relationships and deliver on commercial plans. You will work closely with the Head of Manufacturing and Sales, partnering with the Sales and Finance teams, Territory Managers, Planner, Export and Import Sales teams, customers, and distribution partners to ensure sales operations run smoothly and customer requirements are met. Your duties and responsibilities include: Process and manage customer orders, export orders and VMI replenishment orders. Act as the first point of contact for customer account queries and support requests. Process rebates, scan rebates, credits and reconciliations accurately in a timely manner. Maintain customer master data, pricing list files, customer records and templates. Maintain promotional calendars, schedules and pricing change communications. Resolve delivery issues, including non-delivery, damaged stock and shortages. Prepare and distribute sales reports and commercial information to relevant parties. Provide ongoing support to Territory Managers and the Sales team. Support the Finance Team with reporting and administration. Qualifications & Experience Experience in sales administration, customer service or FMCG administration. Previous experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment. Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business systems. Experience managing customer orders, account information or sales administration would be advantageous.
