Waiheke Island Marina - Auckland, North Island At Waiheke Island Marina, we believe every arrival is the beginning of someone's story. This is much more than an administration role. You'll create memorable experiences for our visitors while supporting berth owners and showcasing everything that makes Waiheke Island special. About the Role Working Thursday to Sunday (32 hours per week) , you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from the first enquiry through to departure. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visiting boats and guests Managing marina bookings and customer enquiries Assisting berth owners and visitors Providing local recommendations and visitor information Coordinating marina rental vehicles Supporting the day-to-day operation of the marina About You We're not just looking for someone to fill a role - we're looking for someone who will help create memorable experiences and become part of the Waiheke Island Marina story. You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people. You'll have: A warm, friendly and professional manner Excellent organisation and communication skills Confidence using computer systems The ability to work independently and as part of a small team A positive, solutions-focused attitude Experience in hospitality, tourism, accommodation or customer service would be highly regarded. Knowledge of Waiheke Island is an advantage, while marina experience is helpful but not essential.
