You will lead projects from initial concept through to completion, guiding clients with clarity and confidence, while ensuring every detail is resolved to a high standard. This role sits at the intersection of design, relationships, and execution, offering an opportunity to shape spaces that are both functional and elevated, while building meaningful partnerships across the industry. Key responsibilities Design and price bespoke residential and commercial joinery Guide clients through material, finish, and spatial decisions with a considered, design-led approach Manage the full design and sales journey, from first conversation to final delivery Work closely with internal design and production teams to ensure seamless outcomes Qualify and convert opportunities with confidence Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners Contribute to a growing portfolio of high-spec, design-forward projects About you Proven experience within the joinery or kitchen design industry Proficiency in design software such as CabMaster, Cabinet Vision, or Microvellum A refined design sensibility and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients Commercial confidence, able to guide decisions and close with ease Understanding of the Central Otago residential construction landscape A collaborative mindset and a natural alignment with a design-led culture About us Prime Kitchens is entering a new phase of considered growth.
