Scarlet healthcare Ltd – Hamilton, North Island Dinsdale Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys the variety of general practice and wants to be part of a team that genuinely values quality patient care, teamwork and a positive workplace culture. You will work alongside our GPs, Practice Manager and wider clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our enrolled population. Key responsibilities Providing high-quality nursing care within a general practice setting Immunisations and vaccinations Wound care and dressing management Clinical assessments and triage Health checks and chronic disease management (diabetes annual reviews, CVRA) Cervical screening and other preventative health services ECGs, spirometry, audiometry and other clinical procedures Supporting national screening programmes and patient recalls Assisting with minor procedures Patient education and health promotion About you A New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate Experienced in, or interested in developing their career in, general practice Confident, approachable and compassionate Able to work independently while being a strong team player Well organised and able to manage a varied workload Committed to providing excellent patient care Comfortable working in a busy primary care environment A clear and effective communicator Professional, reliable and positive in their approach Practice nursing experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider nurses from other clinical backgrounds who are keen to transition into general practice A friendly, supportive and welcoming team A varied and interesting nursing role A positive workplace culture where your contribution is valued Opportunities for professional development and upskilling Supportive clinical leadership A well-established general practice with a strong focus on patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr
