We focus on serving house brewed beers and independently crafted beers, ciders, wines, and gins from producers across the country. Candidates will need at least 2 years previous experience in either a senior role or Duty Management position in a similar, busy licenced hospitality environment. We are looking for people who are proactive and passionate about delivering great hospitality to guests and employees: Driven hospitality leader People leadership skills, capable of engaging, coaching and leading by example. Uphold Liquor Licensing & Workplace Safety. Be organised and energetic to drive performance on shift. Ensuring a high level of service to our guests, anticipating customer needs and solving problems. Stock/ Inventory Management (ordering, receiving, and stocktaking). Assist in Beverage development and specials. This role is hands‑on, pro‑actively working along side the food & beverage team, driving sales, experiences and culture.
