Key Responsibilities Operate underground development jumbos safely and efficiently Carry out face drilling, ground support and development drilling Complete accurate drilling in line with mine plans and specifications Operate in narrow vein underground mining areas where required Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks Identify and report ground conditions, hazards and equipment issuesWork closely with Charge Up Operators and underground crews Maintain high standards of safety and productivity About You We're looking for experienced underground operators who bring: Proven Jumbo Operator experience in underground hard rock mining Narrow Vein (NV) mining experience is highly regarded Strong development drilling experience Experience operating modern underground jumbo equipment Good understanding of underground ground conditions and support requirements Current Driver Licence Strong commitment to health and safety Ability to work effectively as part of an underground mining crew Desirable Underground gold or metalliferous mining experience Experience across multiple jumbo models Current First Aid Certificate Additional underground mining tickets or qualifications Build Your Future Underground This is a chance to join a growing New Zealand underground gold operation with long-term work, a balanced roster and genuine opportunities to progress as the mine expands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
