IDEA Services in New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with intellectual disabilities at home and in the community. You will help people grow daily living skills, assist with transport, meals, personal care, and medication, always with dignity and respect. Availability must be flexible to rostered shifts, including mornings, evenings, sleepovers, and weekends.
