We're looking for experienced Contact Centre professionals who can confidently manage inbound calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll bring: Proven experience in a busy Contact Centre environment. The ability to confidently manage difficult or complex customer conversations. Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Confidence working across multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy. A calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach under pressure. Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. What's on offer: Immediate start.
