Harper Smith Recruitment – Tauranga, North Island We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a respected mid tier commercial construction company delivering quality projects throughout the Bay of Plenty. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading site teams, maintaining high construction standards and building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site operations across commercial construction projects Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel Planning and monitoring construction programmes to ensure project milestones are achieved Ordering materials and managing site logistics Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control Conducting site inspections and managing defect resolution through to completion Monitoring project costs and assisting with variations and monthly progress claims Leading all Health & Safety activities including site inductions, documentation and compliance Building positive working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Ensuring projects are presented professionally and handed over to an exceptional standard We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a respected mid tier commercial construction company delivering quality projects throughout the Bay of Plenty.
