Apply Job no: QMDGF Category: Electrical We're looking for intelligent, hands-on candidates interested in Electrical apprenticeships in ATT are the experts in apprenticeships - see http://www.ATT.org.nz, This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical electrical skills while working alongside qualified electricians on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will assist with electrical installations, maintenance, testing, and repairs while completing their electrical apprenticeship and training requirements. You'll need to: Be reliable - on time every time Have some job experience - whether that's labouring experience, or holiday jobs Be good with your hands - you know how to use tools Have your driver's license (Restricted or Full) with reliable transport to get to work Have a clean criminal record Be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests Be a NZ permanent resident or citizen Have an insight into the Electrical trade. Very good at math (at least NCEA L2) and preferably have studied physics. Maybe you have completed an electrical pre-trade course or have completed an Electrical gateway placement while at school (but this is not mandatory) We offer: A regular wage while you're training - earn while you learn.
