Ready to take the lead in shaping how asset management and technical services are delivered across Citycare Property?
Based in Christchurch, this senior leadership role combines strategy, people leadership and innovation. You'll lead our Asset Management, GIS and Technical Services functions, helping customers make better decisions through data, technology and industry-leading asset management practices.
You'll also play a key role in growing our technical services capability and exploring new opportunities for the future
What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical services team.
- Drive asset management strategy and continuous improvement.
- Champion GIS, BWoF and emerging technical service offerings.
- Build trusted customer relationships and provide expert advice.
- Turn data and insights into better asset and maintenance outcomes.
- Support business growth, tenders and new opportunities
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
- 5+ years' experience in Asset Management or a similar field.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with ISO 55001 and asset management best practice.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
