Over the years, we've grown into a full-scale roastery in Mt Cook, fuelling New Zealand's coffee culture one cup at a time. Our people make us who we are today. We're a mixed bunch of creative, industrious, adventurous humans, all with a great love for serving NZ the freshest and best coffee possible. About the role: We're looking for a coffee roaster to join our close-knit team on a fixed-term basis through to the end of January 2027. You'll play a key role in our production team, with a primary focus on production roasting, while also supporting a range of activities including making up blends, loading green coffee, maintaining roasting plant and equipment, and coffee cupping. About you: You're passionate about coffee, with a genuine interest in the art and science of roasting, and bring previous roasting experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering quality and consistency in every batch. With a proactive and curious mindset, you're eager to learn, adapt to new techniques and technology, and contribute to the success of our roasting operations.
