The Opportunity This position is part of our Regional Equipment Pool (REP) Warehousing team based in Burnham who are responsible for managing REP vehicles and equipment deployed across New Zealand. Key responsibilities Receive incoming inventory in accordance with prescribed processes, accurately identify and break down the material, note discrepancies, and make ready for storage. Select, configure and prepare vehicle ancillary components, equipment and documentation f.or issue. Select, pick, pack and quality check of inventory for storage and issue. Conduct stock checks and audits of supplies and equipment in order to maintain accurate equipment and stock holding data. Ensure vehicle configurations are correct and available. What you'll bring A basic understanding of minor mechanical issues is beneficial, as you'll be required to identify basic faults. Practical experience in a logistics based, customer focused role. Physically fit as some heavy lifting is required. Full Motor Vehicle licence essential - preference will be given to those with Class 2. A Team player who is not afraid to get your hands dirty and is be happy to chip in to get the job done.
