\nChapman Tripp is looking for a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (1–7 PQE) to join the firm’s broader energy and infrastructure sector practices on project finance work-streams.
\nYou will play a key role advising on the financing, structuring and delivery of New Zealand’s most complex and high-profile projects — from major infrastructure developments to energy transition initiatives and public-private partnerships.

You’ll be part of a nationally recognised team advising on:\n- \n
- Project finance and structured finance transactions \n
- Major infrastructure and energy developments \n
- Public-private partnerships (PPPs) \n
- Acquisitions, development and funding of large-scale assets \n
