EOI: Finance Team Leader (FMCG)

Are you an experienced finance leader looking to make your mark in a foundational, high-growth environment? We are seeking a Finance Team Leader to help shape operations from the ground up and guide a newly formed team.

• Support the Head of Finance in managing full-cycle local accounting operations, ensuring data precision and timely monthly closings.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of 4-5 finance professionals in a fast-paced, greenfield environment.

• Assist in establishing robust internal controls and implementing modern financial IT systems (e.g., SAP).
