Job Description The role\nIn this fixed-term role as a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across Alpine to understand business needs, analyse processes, and support the delivery of strategic projects. You will gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape practical business solutions. Partnering with our leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams, you will provide insight, support informed decision-making, and ensure outcomes align with Alpine's frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
\nPlease note that this role is fixed term until the end of 2027.
\nAs a Senior Business Analyst at Alpine, you will be responsible for:
\nPartnering with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, analyse current and future state processes, and support the delivery of project outcomes.
\nFacilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions that support organisational objectives and project success.
\nConduct impact and process analysis, support testing and implementation activities, and monitor requirements traceability, risks, issues, and project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll need\n- \n
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst (Usually 5+ years) \n
- A qualification in Business Process Management (Six Sigma, Lean, or similar) \n
- Experience working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects or other large system implementations \n
- \n
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or asset-intensive environments \n
- Experience supporting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation \n
