The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap, and execution across key B2B initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally to identify customer needs, prioritize opportunities, and deliver digital solutions that drive business growth and customer value.

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for critical B2B digital products and experiences
  • \n
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to solve meaningful customer problems
  • \n
  • Deliver products that create measurable value for customers, partners, and Les Mills
  • \n
  • Translate business objectives into product plans.
  • \n
  • Lead prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • \n
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and long-term product vision
  • \n
  • A track record of customer discovery and insight-driven product decisions
  • \n
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • \n
  • Experience defining success metrics and business outcomes
  • \n
  • Confidence presenting recommendations and product performance to senior leaders
  • \n
  • A data-informed mindset with a passion for customer value
  • \n
  • Experience in fitness, health, wellness, membership, or subscription-based businesses.
  • \n
  • Experience leading products with B2B and B2B2C customer models.
  • \n

Experience

\n
    \n
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Product Leadership.
  • \n
  • Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering digital products from concept through launch.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • \n
  • Experience balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making prioritization decisions.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • \n
