\nThe Admissions Director leads the College’s full enrolment function, ensuring every family has a warm, clear, and professional experience from first enquiry through to joining the school. This full‑time role oversees admissions operations, key recruitment events, scholarships, data reporting, and team leadership, while building strong relationships with domestic, international, and diplomatic families. It’s a strategic, people‑centred position that plays a key role in supporting the College’s growth.

- Have proven leadership experience in admissions, customer service, sales, or engagement \n
- Communicate confidently and professionally with families, staff, and senior leaders \n
- Build strong, values‑aligned relationships with diverse communities \n
- Bring exceptional organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail \n
- Be confident using CRM systems, data, and reporting to inform decisions \n
- Think strategically and analyse trends to support planning and forecasting \n
- Exercise sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality \n
- Present confidently to groups and represent the College with professionalism \n
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience \n
